One thing that stood out during my Amtrak trip was the staff. Conductors were friendly, patient, and informative.

Boarding was efficient, and staff clearly explained seating arrangements. They regularly walked through the train to assist passengers.

The seats were roomy and clean. Power outlets at every seat were a huge plus.

We experienced a minor delay due to track congestion, but the conductor kept passengers updated with clear announcements.

The atmosphere was relaxed. Families, business travelers, and tourists all seemed comfortable.

Amtrak isn’t perfect, but strong customer service makes a big difference. I would travel again mainly because the staff made it a pleasant experience.
